Shipping & Returns


Please verify your parrots size to the product, any questions on the item size for your parrot please contact us before you place your order- sales@parrotprops.biz

Custom made Items will take approximatly 4-6 weeks for build time, items with custom colors and options could take longer as the items are all hand built and made per order, and in order as first order in is the first order out and so on! times for building your items will vary depending on the volumn of orders at the time you place your order, to verify a order time frame feel free to stay in contact with us with any progress with your order. if a order is needed asap please contact us for build schedule before you place your order so we can confirm the completion on time.


Due to shipping cost variations with custom made products, The package weight and size can change the cost and only be calculated with the shipping provider. We ship with USPS Priority Mail.


Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you received an incorrect item. You must contact us before returning any item or product to discuss the reasons, some problems can be resolved with custom made items with a few simple adjustments, or we can have a replacement part sent asap to resolve some issues. If you have a local repair place for specific repairs needing done to avoid return shipping fees you must contact us with their information and the repairs needed before they are done. this must be agreed on between the customer and parrotprops on a settled 1 time negotiated price.
*For any Returns on items that are not 100 % satisfaction to the customer, being these are described and noted to be all custom hand built items there will be minor flaws and minor inperfections between the metal work and paint, you must contact us in 30 days after its recieved with any and all issues to see if they can be resolved, shipping costs and responsibility will be determined per instance.  if you request a simple return and refund there will be a 20% restock charge for refunds, any custom colors painted or custom build designs there will be a 20% restock charge, along with any additional parts charged for or custom color charges will not be refunded. 

Shipping Damage

Items can be returned if there is shipping damage, the process will be that the insurance will need to be determined with the shipper before any desicions will be made. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping to parrotprops, once the item is checked that the type of damage is consitant with the shippers at faught, the item will be repaired or replace with no charge, parrotprops will pay for return shipping back to the customers once the item is covered with the shippers insurance on the item. if the shippers insurance claims responsibility of the damage you will be reimbursed for your shipping cost back to parrotprops. If the shipper does not claim responsibility of the damage parrotprops will still repair the item and pay for the return shipping to the customer. both parties will split the shipping cost( The customer to ship the item back to parrotprops for repair or replacement and  parrotprops to ship back to the customer)


Items that are custom made will have hand made signs of flaws these are not considered defects, hand made items are not manufactured or produced by machines or molds, Our props are custom built piece by piece hand cut shaped and welded and painted by hand, some parts are odered in to be used and are manufatured parts these can have defect or flaws that are not acceptable. Any custom build item defects will be those that will cause inproper operation or not able to use the prop due to the defect, all items are photgraphed and inspected for proper usage and build quality, breaks or anything unacceptabale. we thrive on the quality of our props and will accept returns of such defects or have them repaired by your qualified shop with our agrrement on the repair and negotiated 1 time price!

Props defect returns :

this will be determined per each instance, please contact us and we will be glad to discuss the problems with the item and confirm that is not a adjustment or simple problem that can be resoved before any shipping fees are incurred, if the item needs replaced or repaired by Parrotprops due to the defective part we may will require you to ship the item to us for inspection and once inspected and determined we will make the decision on all shipping charges, if the item is defective and not usable Parrotprops will repair or replace the itme and cover all shipping charges to and from the customer. Each instance will be determined as needed!


You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

International orders may exceed these time frames due to shipping times and transfer times. please contact us prior to any returns or they can be denied a refund.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, for shipping date estimates please contact us as these are custom made and not all products are completely built until color options and sizing is ordered.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and package size. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. for package size on some orders for shipping there may be a difference in the actuall shipping cost, we will contact you with in 48 hrs if there is a shipping cost difference. We will send a copy of the shipping quote form from the USPS to you, and we will bill you with a paypal invoice for any diffence in costs.
